He has been a keynote speaker at technology conferences in the USA, London, Paris and Tokyo.
Frank is a photojournalism grad from the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia. His graduate studies were at Arizona State University-West and the University of Kansas Edwards Campus. Frank earned accreditations from the Public Relations Society of America (APR) and the National Center for Database Marketing (PDM). Frank and his family live in Arizona.

Lawrence holds a Marketing degree from the University of Texas at Austin and survived the dot-com boom (and bust). He’s worked with some of the world’s largest brands and maintains a curiosity for technology, simplicity and amazing customer experiences. Lawrence and his family live in the Northern California Bay Area (in a small distant suburb of San Francisco).
